Valentino’s reputation comes from Valentino Garavani, an Italian fashion designer who is founder of the Valentino SpA brand and company with four main production lines namely Valentino, Valentino Garavani, Valentino Roma, and R.E.D. Valentino. Year by year, His collections have been worn by numerous international celebrities.

The story of Valentino brand started when young Garavani entered first in fashion industry as a local designer. He worked for Jean Dessès and Guy Laroche before running his own fashion house on Via Condotti, Rome, in 1959. Soon after Valentino became widely known for its haute couture and red dresses and attracting the attention of women such as Jackie Kennedy the wife of John F. Kennedy. This connection led Valentino to design wedding dresses for such a influential women like Elizabeth Taylor, Anne Hathaway, Courtney Cox and Princess Madeleine of Sweden.
